Although we are fully aware of the program’s potential and remain confident that it can operate globally, we are only currently working with UK areas at this time, merely as a test run.

What this means in practice is that each area such as Manchester, Birmingham, London, etc, can have its own benefit that is relevant to their area, so, if for example the area of Manchester raised the most for the required sum, the system will engage with local organisations of public trust to fulfill the program's obligations to that area. So in effect each area is in competition for raising the most for the system to activate there until such a time when we are positioned to naturally engage everywhere.
